Who is responsible

The controller is Verein «KI|E|RO Solutions» (KIERO Solutions Verein), a Swiss association entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Bern (CH-036.6.104.113-3, UID/VAT CHE-449.056.305), with its office c/o Lehder, Hubelmatt 16, 3624 Thun, Switzerland.

What data we process and why

• Visiting the site: the hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs IP address, browser, system, page requested, date and time, in order to serve and protect the site. Basis: legitimate interest.
• Scout Match (player profile): first name, last name, date of birth, position, preferred foot, height, current club, country, city, video links, e-mail and phone (optional). If the player is under 18: name and e-mail of a parent or guardian and the date of their authorisation. Purpose: to create and review the profile and, once reviewed, show it to verified scouts and clubs. Basis: your consent (that of the parent or guardian for a minor).
• Scouts and clubs: name, e-mail, phone (optional), organisation, role, licence, country and notes. Purpose: to verify the account and reply to you. Basis: your consent.
• Listings: title, category, place, price, description, link and your contact e-mail. Your e-mail is not published. Listings are reviewed before they are shown. Basis: your consent.
• Daily summary: your e-mail and the chosen channel (Google Chat or Zulip), to create your free account on that channel and send you the summary. You can unsubscribe at any time. Basis: your consent.
• AI Analyst: the text of your question, the language and the date, to improve the service. Please do not write personal data in your questions.
• AI Predictor: alias, match and chosen prediction. Use an alias, not your real name.

Under 18

A profile of a person under 18 can only be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who must give their name, e-mail and authorisation. All contact goes through that person. We do not publish contact details of minors. You can ask us to delete the profile at any time.

Who sees your data and who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. It is seen by the Fútbol·IA team that runs the service. Player profiles are reviewed before they are shown and only verified scouts and clubs see them; last name, city, phone and e-mail are not published.

We work with providers that process data on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting), Odoo (kiero.odoo.com: profiles, scout and club requests, summary sign-ups), Baserow (listings, analyst questions, Predictor and articles) and, if you choose that channel, Google Chat or Zulip. Some of these providers may process data outside Switzerland and the EU/EEA, including in the United States. By using the site you accept this cross-border processing.

The site links to Instagram and to the videos you provide; those services have their own privacy policies.

Advertising: the site shows Google AdSense ads. Google processes the data needed for that on its own account and as its own controller (cookies, identifiers and IP address); in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland only with your consent. How long we keep it

Profile, request, listing and sign-up data until you ask for deletion or withdraw your consent, or until we remove the profile or listing. Technical logs for the period set by the hosting provider. Analyst questions and Predictor picks for as long as they are useful for the service.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, blocking or deletion of your data, receive it in a common format (portability), object to a processing and withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing done before. Write to us through asi.ong/contact; to check your identity we may ask for additional information (for minors, from the parent or guardian). You have the right to complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB); if you live in the EU, the authority of your country.

Applicable law

We process data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP/revDSG 2023) and, where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies by its own terms, we respect its mandatory provisions.
