Who we are

Fútbol·IA is operated by Verein «KI|E|RO Solutions» (KIERO Solutions Verein), a Swiss association entered in the commercial register of the Canton of Bern (CH-036.6.104.113-3, UID/VAT CHE-449.056.305), with its office c/o Lehder, Hubelmatt 16, 3624 Thun, Switzerland.

The service

Fútbol·IA is a free site, in Spanish and English, for fans, players, coaches, clubs and scouts. It offers articles on AI and football, listings, matches, a prediction game (AI Predictor), an AI analyst, a daily summary and Scout Match, where player profiles can be created for verified scouts and clubs to see. Some features may still be in preparation.

Content and AI

Content is informational and may have been produced with the help of artificial intelligence. It may contain errors or be out of date. It is not sports, medical, legal or financial advice; for health topics consult a professional. Match predictions are statistical estimates, not guarantees or betting tips.

Profiles (Scout Match)

• You must give true data and have the right to publish it. If the player is under 18, the profile is created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
• We review every profile before showing it to verified scouts and clubs and may reject or delete it.
• We do not guarantee that you will be seen, contacted, signed or hired. Fútbol·IA is not an agent or intermediary: any agreement is solely between the parties.
• You can ask us to delete the profile at any time (asi.ong/contact).

Scouts and clubs

We verify the account (licence or club confirmation) before giving access. We do not guarantee the identity or solvency of third parties; deal with them at your own responsibility and with care, especially where minors are involved.

Listings

Whoever publishes a listing is responsible for its content and for it being truthful and lawful. We review listings before showing them and may reject or remove them; listings that include minors or lack real details are not published. We do not take part in payments or contracts between users and are not a party to them.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to submit false data or third parties’ data without their permission, publish unlawful, misleading or offensive content, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the site’s operation or extract data automatically without permission. Forms contain a hidden anti-bot field; do not fill it in.

Intellectual property

Content created by Fútbol·IA belongs to the Verein; you may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without its written permission. For content you send us (profile, listing, links), you allow us to show it on the site for the purposes described until you ask for its removal. Third-party videos and links remain those of their owners.

Third-party links

The site links to external pages (for example Instagram or video platforms). We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them.

Liability

We provide the site “as is”, without any guarantee of availability or of being error-free. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the Verein is liable only for intent or gross negligence and is not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer rights granted to you by law remain unaffected.

Governing law and forum

These terms are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of its conflict-of-laws rules and the CISG. Exclusive forum: the competent courts at Thun, Canton of Bern, Switzerland, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer forum rights.
