Using an AI assistant to plan training (and its limits)

AI assistants are good at generating ideas: exercises for a specific age and number of players, easier or harder variants, or a session structure with warm-up, main part and cool-down.

To get good answers, give context: age of the group, number of players, space available, equipment and aim of the session. The clearer you explain it, the more useful the result.

But there are limits. An assistant can suggest exercises that are unsuitable for the age or carry risks it does not see. Always check what it suggests against your experience, and consult a professional on health or physical load. Sometimes it also makes up data or sources: do not use them without checking.

And a golden rule: do not write players' personal data (full names, photos, health data) into external tools. Ask for ideas, not for information about people.
